Wash & Go Style For Women Who Workout

Struggling with working out and keeping your hair in top shape? Are you spending more time on your hair than working out? For almost a year, I have been embracing the life of a wash & go style. Many of you are like me who probably didn’t believe you could do a awash & go. The owner and founder of Adwoa beauty last year, sat me down and taught me step by step what to do and since then my life and hair has been sooo different.

From twist outs to bantu knots, it seems we are always altering the natural pattern of our hair. With the wash & go that isn’t the case. You are embracing it even more! The main reason why you should embrace it has to do with TIME. It takes me less than 90 minutes from start to dry and I don’t have to do my hair for the week. Yes. Nothing at all. This allows me more time to work out and sleep!!
